The day

• Date: Saturday, August 7, 2027To confirm: Venue hold not yet signed.
• Music: 2 PM to 10 PM on one stage — no clashes, the whole crowd sees every set
• Sunset: 7:56 PM. Evening sets play under lights.
• Where: Worumbo Riverfront Event Center, 1 Canal St, Lisbon Falls, Maine — an open lawn on the Androscoggin River
• Nearest airport: Portland (PWM), about 42 minutes

What we send you

Every booked act gets one advance sheet, about four weeks out, with:

• Set time, changeover time and soundcheck or line-check slot
• Arrival time, load-in route and where your vehicle or trailer parks
• Your on-site contact's name and mobile
• Hospitality, guest list and parking passes
• Travel and hotel details, if they're part of your deal
• Settlement details

What we need from you

• Stage plot and input list by Friday, July 9, 2027
• Names of everyone travelling, for wristbands
• A current photo and short bio for the website and posters
• A W-9 (US acts) so we can pay you

Stage and backline

Stage size, PA, monitors and any shared backline are listed here once the 2027 production company is booked.To confirm: Add stage dimensions, PA/monitor spec, backline provided, power, and the production contact.

Hospitality

A shaded artist area with water, food and a place to change, with guest list spots for each act.To confirm: Confirm green room, meals or buyout, drink tickets, and guest list per act.

Settlement

Your contract sets your fee and when and how you're paid. To confirm: Confirm settlement method (check / ACH) and timing.

Merch

Sell your merch at your own table or share the festival merch table. We don't take a cut.

Photo and video

The festival's photographers and video crew cover every set, and we'll share the photos of your set with you after the festival. We use festival photos and short clips to promote CRF. If you bring your own photographer or videographer, add them to your wristband list so they can shoot from the pit. Anything longer than a clip, or any full-set recording, we agree with you first.To confirm: Confirm photo/video policy and the photographer's licence terms (MaxR Film Studios).

Promote your set

Once you're announced, we send you lineup graphics sized for posts and stories, and your ticket link. Tag @culturereggaefestival so we can share it.
